As we bid farewell to 2023, OnSite Dealer Solutions (ODS) takes a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we've had throughout this last year. It was a year of growth, innovation, and unwavering commitment to providing top-notch solutions for our clients in the automotive industry.
At ODS, we are swollen with pride with the incredible milestones and accomplishments our team was able to achieve last year. As our team pushed forward, creating better processes, developing our talented people, and perfecting our final service product, these were some of our 2023 company highlights.
NEW COMPANY WEBSITE AND ONLINE FACELIFT:
2023 put our old website and marketing aside to create a bold new look and an interactive place for our team, our customers, and our prospects to connect. Filled with new blogs, videos, social media highlights, and so much more, we have comprised a little bit of it all with our outstanding new website look and the marketing changes we’ve made. With a fresh look, improved SEO, and our new, fun, and informative marketing programs, we have set both our customers and our company up for continued success.
GIVING BACK TO OUR COMMUNITY:
2023 saw the launch of OnSite Cares, our newest initiative to give back for all the good fortune we received as a company last year. Partnering with our generous dealership customers, we grew in helping others, one community at a time by supporting terrific causes. Spearheaded by community leadership, we along with our customers, were able to participate in so many important causes like funding schools, community centers, and providing disease support for those that work to eradicate them and for those that had tragedies in their wake. FOOTPRINT EXPANSION:
In 2023, we not only grew in our current service markets, but we created jobs and opportunity to meet new greatness in other areas. To mention a few new locations, Tempe, Arizona, Spokane and Tri Cities WA, Boulder and Colorado Springs, CO, and Bellevue, NE are all new locations opened in 2023. With 2024 already bringing additional areas like Springfield, MO, Altoona, IA, and Rockwall, TX., we couldn’t be happier to see where and how our company is expanding its footprint across the United States. Growth is so important for ODS as it helps open new labor markets, allows our team members to learn new skills, and challenges our great people to do bigger and better things in new locations year after year.
TEAMMATE GROWTH:
ODS is a people company, and a winning team recognizes the growth of their people. So much innovation from our team members, and their winning ideas helped us achieve new milestones in 2023. New skills, a new way of onboarding, or simply taking an old service in rut, and creating a new way to market and sell those skills were all realized. We support the growth and innovative spirit that lives in all our teammates and wouldn’t be where we are without their unwavering commitment to excellence.
INNOVATION AND DRIVE:
Every year, ODS works to improve its already cutting-edge innovation in our space and 2023 didn’t disappoint when it comes to improving our dealership technology. SERV Automotive ERP can now integrate with ALL the top 5 DMS Systems in the retail space! No one commits to simplifying the vendor client relationship like ODS strives to achieve. As we dive into 2024, we continue to expand our offering of unique, customized solutions that eliminate redundancy and combine systems and processes into one to make dealerships run more efficiently. 2023 brought our accounting office’s their own invoicing portal – including the ability to .csv download for power posting and other spreadsheet reporting needs. Innovation will not stop in 2024, as we already know that in Q1, we will be launching Serv 3.0, which has so many new features to help improve an already wonderful vendor, inventory, and billing management system that is already in place.
SHATTERING BENCHMARKS:
ODS set an all-time high for Used Cars Detailed, New Cars Delivered, and Ceramic Coatings applied in 2023. We obliterated our top line revenue – which powers all dealers sublet gross to new heights. We have never employed, trained, certified, or promoted more talented people than we did in 2023 and we have even loftier goals for 2024 planned.
PARTNERING IN FACILITY UPGRADES:
Speaking of innovation and breaking the norm – what other make ready vendor and labor force partners are out there that help dealerships upgrade or even build out their facilities? ODS painted old shops, replaced lighting, upgraded electric needs, and added compressors and power washers where needed to dealerships across the United States. In addition, ODS helped rip out concrete, put in needed facility drainage and build entire buildings for some dealerships throughout this last year. As we have grown, we see how we can really add value for our customers when it comes to building out an efficient make ready facility and although it often takes investment, the way we see it, ODS and our customers all have the same goals. So, if we can lend a helping hand in facility upgrades and have the manpower to achieve the objective, we are all winning in the long run!
In conclusion, the "Year in Review" for OnSite Dealer Solutions in 2023 is a testament to our dedication, growth, and the enduring partnerships we've cultivated. We express our heartfelt gratitude to our clients, partners, and team members who have been instrumental in making this year truly remarkable.
