Onsite Dealer Solutions provides local site management teams that are W2 employees, not contracted workers. We hire career minded individuals and tie their efforts directly to our clients dealerships by profit sharing and increased customer satisfaction scores.
ODS team members are highly trained, uniformed, and documented to work in the United States. While each site locations needs are different, every site ODS serves is directly supervised by a Site Manager who is overseen by a statewide Area Director to ensure the quality of our craftmanship and speed to market.
Whether it's one of our Master Detailers, Recon Specialists, Valets, Lot Porters, or Service Drive Assistants, our entire team, from leadership down, understands the grade card and that we are collectively representing your dealership and your customers.
