While every dealerships make ready needs are unique and their inventory differs in size, once Onsite deployes their team to your dealership, whether you need a few detailers or a bunch, we include a Site Manager and Area Director who oversee the detail team’s work as a whole.
ODS PRE OWNED DETAILING CHECKLIST
All ODS detail orders are entered into our own proprietary software system called SERV Automotive for easy tracking and work flow management control. Below is a checklist showing what goes into a pre owned detail work order. External Detail:
- Hand Wash Vehicle Exterior
- Dry Vehicle Exterior
- Apply Paint Sealant
- Dress Engine to Management Desire (Wet or Clean)
- Clean Wheel Wells
- Clean Wheels and Dress Tires
- Clean All Glass
- Apply All Dealer Stickers or Advertising to Specified Area of Vehicle
- Blow Out and Vacuum Interior
- Steam Clean All Interior Surfaces
- Clean All Seats, Dash, Cup Holders and Arm Rests
- Clean Engine and Trunk Compartment
- Apply Interior Neutral Dressing
- Stripe Floor Mats and Carpets
- Clean All Glass
- Add Air Freshener as Needed
All completed detail work orders include a 6-position walk around and a butterfly delivery to management. This includes a towel and spray bottle for quick spot cleans.
In addition, all completed details are returned to the dealership's specified location within 48 hours for pre-owned cars or 4 hours for service detail jobs.
